Job description

  • Supporting Shipco Europe Administration Department in everyday duties
  • Daily support of Shipco Europe import / export operations
  • Cooperation with overseas offices and agents
  • Preparing and creating statistics and reports in Excel
  • RFQ handling & quotations towards customers

Requirements

  • Very good English (speaking and writing)
  • Good computer skills: easy usage of e-mail box, good knowledge of MSOffice programs especially Excel knowledge
  • Graduated or during the studies
  • We are looking for a high organized person, hard- working, open-minded, scrupulous, with a sense of humor, looking for a regular job and ready to take challenge of learning new skills
  • Experience in transport and shipping industry is welcomed
