Job Description
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and invoices
  • Close cooperation with accountancy
  • Estimating office budget
  • Cooperation with the government in case of clerical stuff
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Ordering office supplies and groceries
  • Cooperate with outsourced services providers
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier deliveries,
  • Coordinating events as necessary
  • Estimating the duration of assigned tasks and perform them in a timely manner
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Oral and written fluency in English
