 Interim Administrative Assistant in Pre-Return Assistance Sector / European Centre for Returns


Administrative Assistant


Location: Warszawa

Key responsibilities of the position:
  • monitoring tasking assigned to Pre-Return Assistance Sector;
  • supporting with the drafting of reports on PRAS level and proofreading;
  • supporting the management of Standing Corps Return Specialist Profile;
  • support with administration and logistic activities for the bilateral meetings, preparing documents for the meetings, taking minutes, compiling reports;
    Support with drafting project documentation;

Requirements:
  • successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2/C2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • good English language skills, in particular in drafting and proofreading
