Administrative Assistant in Information Fusion Centre


Location: Warszawa

Key responsibilities of the position:
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to their enquiries, responding requests for information anddocumentation whilst exercising tact, discretion and confidentiality.
  • To diagnose, log and resolve incidents and/or service requests whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
  • To provide support for users in the use of a range of information platforms such as JORA, FOSS and EFS.
  • To liaise closely with product development team and ICT on problems reported to the Service Desk which require action.
  • To create, maintain, update and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all stakeholders in the quick resolution of their incidents and service requests and enable users to become more self-sufficient.
  • To actively support IFC Service Management team.

Requirements:
  • Very good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing (B2/C1)
  • Previous experience within a customer service role.
  • Very good IT skills and computer literacy: MS applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point) and proven ability to work with electronic systems and databases.
  • Experience in coordinating activities related to information exchange.
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of commitment, constructive, positive and service oriented attitude.
