For our Client - European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:


Administrative Assistant in International and European Cooperation Division


Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: Frontex/IECD


Key responsibilities of the position:

Interim services would be needed to support the International and European Cooperation coordination team with the organisational and logistical tasks related to:

  • Daily management of taskings in the Division;
  • Handling of the email correspondence;
  • Providing assistance to the Director of the Division (calendar, meetings and deputisation tool);
  • Providing assistance with drafting various types of documents;
  • Handling of the email correspondence;
  • Organisation of meetings, webinars and roundtables with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
• very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
• previous experience in administrative tasks;
• experience in information management;
• knowledge of publishing workflows;
• experience in assisting in organization of meetings and events in an international or multilingual context.
