Administrative Assistant in Operational Response Division

Key responsibilities of the position:

We are looking for Candidates for the departments of :

- Operational Planning and Evaluation

- Coast Guard Sector

  • Creating business trips in corporate systems;
  • Verification and processing of final claims in corporate systems;
  • Updating the databases related to Missions Team (excel, MiPS, other corporate systems)
  • Verification of supporting documents and checking correctness of reimbursable bills and invoices;
  • E-Mail contact with Staff.
  • Assistance in administrative tasks depending on Missions Team further needs.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft tools (excel, word and outlook, more specifically);
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • Ease in written and oral communication (knowing how to convey ideas and opinions in an assertive way);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Innovative spirit;
  • Resilient.
