For our Client -   European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Administrative Assistant in Operational Response Division / Coordination Office
Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: AA/ORD/COO/2021
Key responsibilities of the position:
  • Checking the invoices related to deployments of Heavy Technical Equipment,
  • Creating the overviews of for cost categories substantiated by supporting documents,
  • Preparing documentation for Public Access to Documents requests,
  • Introduction of data to newly established IT systems e.g. Opera Evo,
  • Generating reports.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft tools (excel, word and outlook, more specifically)
  • Ease in written and oral communication (knowing how to convey ideas and opinions in an assertive way)
  • Solution-oriented and pro-active approach
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • Ability to work in a team
