Administrative Assistant in Pre-Return Assistance Sector

Key responsibilities of the position:
  • support in the establishment of the Frontex Reintegration Programme, in in providing administrative work such as the organisation of events, workshops and meetings.
  • Support in internal communication within the OPSUP team and assistance to ad-hoc tasks including enquiries from MS.
  • support to knowledge and information building on return and reintegration, on two aspects:
  • continuation of the development of the MS Management relations: support to OPSUP desk officers in organising adequate updates of the MS factsheets;
    In line with the ERRIN transfer plan, a plan for knowledge acquisition on reintegration needs to be established. These activities may include setting up a database on reintegration assistance information (on MyFX/IRMA), supporting sessions and supporting the development of information materials.

Requirements:
  • successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • experience in information management;
  • knowledge of publishing workflows;
  • experience in assisting in organization of meetings and events in an international or multilingual context.
