Administrative Assistant in the Corporate Services Sector


Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: A/CSS/2021


Key responsibilities of the position:
  • Administrative assistance in the field of managing adaptations and furnishing offices on various floors,
  • making adaptations in HQ buildings on account of COVID-19 health and safety measures,
  • staff relocations,
  • floor plans, organisation of works and deliveries,
  • technical inspections, managing office space, storages and parking,
  • keeping administrative files up-to-date and ad-hoc administrative and logistical assistance, as needed

Requirements:
  • successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • experience in information management;
  • knowledge of publishing workflows;
