

For our Client European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:
Administrative Assistant in the Corporate Services Sector
Location: Warszawa

Key responsibilities of the position:

- Administrative assistance in the field of managing adaptations and furnishing offices on various floors,
- making adaptations in HQ buildings on account of COVID-19 health and safety measures,
- staff relocations,
- floor plans, organisation of works and deliveries,
- technical inspections, managing office space, storages and parking,
- keeping administrative files up-to-date and ad-hoc administrative and logistical assistance, as needed
Requirements:
- successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
- very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
- previous experience in administrative tasks;
- experience in information management;
- knowledge of publishing workflows;
