Administrative Assistant in Travel Desk


Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: RP/SP/2021


Key responsibilities of the position:
  • Organizing travel arrangements (flights, ferries, rails, hotel bookings, renting cars) with the use of relevant systems, e.g. CTA, Amadeus ;
  • Organizing group travels ;
  • Cooperating on the daily basis with the contracted Travel Agency ;
  • Searching for the most optimal connections and accommodation;
  • Supporting emergencies during the deployments (e.g. cancelled flight, changes in reservations, problems with hotels);
  • Handling complaints.

Requirements:
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft tools (excel, word and outlook, more specifically);
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • Ease in written and oral communication (knowing how to convey ideas and opinions in an assertive way);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Previous experience working in a travel agency would be an asset
