YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Joint leadership of the team
  • Responsibility for cash accounting including handling and entering daily proceeds
  • Ensuring proper checkout procedures and working at the cash desk
  • Providing administrative support to management
  • Managing customer complaints

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Successful completion of a business administration qualification, preferably graduating from a university
  • Proven practical experience, preferably in the retail and/or service sector will be considered an asset
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English
  • General business and numerical understanding
  • Strong organizational skills as well as strong customer- and service-orientation
  • High level of commitment, initiative and hands-on approach
