We are now looking for a Service Operation Officers to our Global Reconciliation Team.

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Global Reconciliation Services team. We add value by being responsible for reconciliation of a wide range of products, for both cash and holdings. We cooperate closely with all our stakeholders to secure the best possible standards and a good experience for our customers.  As Service Operation Officer, you will play a valuable role and being an important part of builing up a global reconciliation team and securing continued optimization of all our reconciliation process.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily Reconciliation using our reconciliation tools and systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and teammembers.
  • Participate and run meetings with various stakeholders
  • Constantly optimize our reconciliation process

Youll join a great global team that are working closely together to secure that all our competences are utilized in the best possible way. The role is based in Lodz

Your experience and background:  

  • Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving mindset
  • Good knowledge in English (both spoken and written)
  • Focus on details combined with seeing wider perspective
  • Pro-active approach to ensure that risk issues (both current and emerging) are escalated promptly to managers
  • Full time availability
