Deployment Management - Administrative Assistant
Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: AA/DM/08/2021
Key responsibilities of the position:
  • Co-ordinating the flow of all working documents in liaison with other staff members and units involved
  • Co-ordinating dedicated mailboxes and supporting the file management
  • Preparing reports and analysing data
  • Monitoring of financial and accounting data
  • Maintaining the relevant files up-to-date
  • Preparing complex Excel files for financial processing
  • Checking correctness of the financial documents
  • Entering data in the corporate systems and databases
  • Following up on the implementation of respective rules and guidelines
  • Drafting letters, email, notes and decisions
  • Taking minutes
  • Good organisational skills
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point)
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment with tight deadlines
  • Supportive and helpful personality, with co-operative and service oriented attitude
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
