For our Client we are looking for:

Interim Administrative Assistant (European Centre for Returns / Post-Return Unit)
Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: ECR/PR/2021
Key responsibilities of the position:
  • offsetting up a mechanism for in-depth bilateral discussions with MS on the existing return procedures, challenges and needs, and designing a coherent and comprehensive response in the form of new tools. 
  • support in administration and logistic activities for the bilateral and multilateral meetings,
  • preparing documents for the meetings,
  • taking minutes,
  • compiling reports, in particular the Post-return and Reintegration Network, governed by Agency.
Requirements:
  • successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • experience in information management;
  • knowledge of publishing workflows;
  • experience in assisting in organization of meetings and events in an international or multilingual context.
