For our Client we are looking for:
Interim Administrative Assistant (European Centre for Returns / Post-Return Unit)
Reference Number: ECR/PR/2021
Key responsibilities of the position:
- offsetting up a mechanism for in-depth bilateral discussions with MS on the existing return procedures, challenges and needs, and designing a coherent and comprehensive response in the form of new tools.
- support in administration and logistic activities for the bilateral and multilateral meetings,
- preparing documents for the meetings,
- taking minutes,
- compiling reports, in particular the Post-return and Reintegration Network, governed by Agency.
- successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
- very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
- previous experience in administrative tasks;
- experience in information management;
- knowledge of publishing workflows;
- experience in assisting in organization of meetings and events in an international or multilingual context.
- contract of employment through the Employment Agency
- daily remuneration: 52,92€ net
